Pork Bulgogi

Korean BBQ pork is marinated, thinly sliced pork, typically cooked over an open flame. The classic marinade is made with a few basic ingredients such as soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, etc.

Bossam is boiled Belly pork traditionally served with cabbaged wraps. The meat is boiled in a flavourful brine until tender and served as thick slices.

Dak-gangjeong meal

Dak-gangjeong is a deep-fried, crispy chicken dish glazed in a sticky, sweet, spicy sauce. This recipe uses bite-sized boneless chicken pieces, so it cooks up very fat in deep oil. The meal is served with rice and fresh salad.

Japchae-bap

Japchae is a savoury and slightly sweet dish of stir-fried glass noodle and vegetables. Japchae is typically prepared with dangmyeon, a type of clear translucent noodle made from sweet potato starch; the noodles are mixed with assorted vegetables, and mushrooms. Bibimbap

Sometimes Romanised as bi bim bap or bi bim bop, is a Korean rice dish. The term “bibim” means “mixing” and “bap” refers to cooked rice. Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with mushroom, carrot, courgette, cabbage, and spinach. You can choose eggs (poached or fried), also we have four different types of Bibimbab these are chicken, beef, shrimp and veg only. Served with chilli paste on the side to add as you wish according to taste, all these ingredients are then mixed by you to create a type of porridge.
