Dak-gangjeong is a deep-fried crispy chicken dish glazed in a sticky, sweet, and spicy sauce. This recipe uses bite-sized boneless chicken pieces, so it cooks up very fast in deep oil.

Kimbap dish is essentially rice wrapped in seaweed and filled with various ingredients. The term kimbap translates directly to “seaweed and rice.” It’s made in many different ways and with many different ingredients. In our restaurant, we have 4 different types of kimbab which are vegetable, beef, avocado& crab-stick and prawn. All kimbabs contain carrots, pickled radish, cucumber and burdock.
